Adding directly at the time of production, this method is the simplest and least time-consuming method.
The specific steps are:
1. Add a certain amount of boiling water to the stirred vessel with high shear stress (the hydroxyethyl cellulose product is soluble in cold water, so cold water can be added); 2. Start stirring at low speed and slowly sift the product into the mixing vessel; 3. Continue to stir until all particles are wet; 4. Add enough cold water and continue to stir until all products are completely dissolved (the solution transparency increases significantly); 5. Add the other components of the formula.
After being formulated into mother liquor:
1. This method is to prepare the product into a higher concentration of mother liquor; 2. Then join the product. The advantage is that it has greater flexibility and can be added directly to the finished product. 3. The procedure is the same as the step (1-3) in the direct addition method. After the product is sufficiently wet, it is allowed to stand for natural cooling and dissolution, and then thoroughly stirred before use.
It should be noted that the anti-fungal agent must be added to the mother liquor as soon as possible.
Dry mixing: 1. After the powdery product is thoroughly dry mixed with powdery materials (such as cement, gypsum powder, ceramic clay, etc.);
2. Add an appropriate amount of water and stir well until the product is completely dissolved.
3. Dissolving of cold water soluble product: cold water soluble product can be directly added into cold water for dissolution. After adding cold water, the product will sink quickly. After being wet for a certain period of time, start stirring until completely dissolved.
